This refurbishment of a Phoenix low rise office building created for GLHN proposes perforated metal screens at the east, west and south faces to reduce heat loads and allow unobstructed views through fully glazed panels at the building perimeter.A fully shaded plaza space creates usable outdoor urban space for the building's occupants and others nearby.
